Todd Zody owns Precision Wellness and is a Licensed Occupational Therapist, a degreed and certified Exercise Physiologist, and a certified Functional Aging Specialist with over a decade of experience as a personal trainer. He specializes in creating personalized exercise programs for adults aged 55 and above, as well as individuals with physical concerns and chronic health conditions. Todd’s expertise encompasses conditions like osteoporosis, arthritis, back pain, and joint replacement, among others. Whether your goal is to improve strength, stamina, balance, or bone density, Todd will provide a safe, enjoyable, and effective workout experience to help you improve your ability to participate in the activities you enjoy.

Patty holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from The Ohio State University and is a certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She brings valuable experience from Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians (COPC), where she led exercise sessions that focused on preventing the need for orthopedic surgery while improving her clients’ overall strength and fitness. Additionally, Patty continues to lead balance programs at COPC as a certified Stepping On Facilitator. Her expertise extends to a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, where she utilized exercise to facilitate the recovery process for injured workers, helping them successfully return to work and regain their quality of life. Patty’s unwavering dedication and comprehensive approach to exercise is evident in her ability to help you reach your exercise goals. She will help you improve your strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility so that you can do the things you need to do, want to do, and wish to do as you age.

Connor, a licensed physical therapist assistant and ACSM-certified personal trainer, has over 8 years of experience in chiropractic, fitness, and physical rehab. His unique skill set is further enriched by his background as a CrossFit coach, combining expertise from both physical therapy and fitness coaching. He specializes in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and advanced fitness, focusing on improving strength, stamina, balance, and overall health, regardless of your starting point. With a passion for working with older adults, Connor understands the importance of maintaining function as we age. He’s adept at designing safe and effective exercise programs tailored to individuals with conditions like arthritis, osteoporosis, joint replacements, and various pains in areas such as the back, shoulders, hips, and knees. Connor’s mission is to ensure you can continue doing what you love, while his training and support help you stay active and enjoy life’s significant moments to the fullest.
