Todd’s education, along with clinical experience and nearly a decade working as a personal trainer has provided him the skillset to be particularly effective in helping clients with physical limitations involving the muscles and joints (i.e., back, hip, shoulders, etc.) as well as specific diagnoses (i.e. osteoporosis, diabetes, arthritis, and more). Todd helps his clients work with these limitations to achieve their goals.

Health Coaching

Soon after his start as a personal trainer Todd recognized that getting stronger is just one of the essential components of overall health. This is especially true if losing weight is your goal.  In 2018 he became a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition and began working as a health coach at Nutrition Dynamic, a health coaching company that works with clients of various ages and goals.  With the addition of his upcoming board certification Todd aims to enhance his ability to help clients make lasting improvements to their health through proper nutrition and lifestyle change.
