About Online Sessions

As a consequence of the ongoing pandemic, many individuals do not feel safe returning to the gym. Meeting with Todd via online video is a great way to reap the benefits of a personal training or health coaching program from the comfort and safety of your own home.

The video platforms most commonly used include FaceTime, Facebook Messenger Video Chat, Google Duo, WhatsApp, and Zoom. Don’t hesitate to ask If you need assistance utilizing a video platform – Todd can help!

How it works

While online health coaching is becoming widely available, online personal training sessions are still a new concept for many clients. If you choose to pursue online sessions, we will discuss your goals, health history, and equipment availability, in addition to selecting an online video platform. If you do not have equipment available, we can discuss options based on need, cost, safety, and practicality.
